Breakfast was delicious. Got to choose between two options - traditional Japanese and buffet style. The room was super spacious and clean. A lot of hotels in Japan can feel really small, but this was the perfect size to layout a large suitcase and still have room to walk comfortably. The view was really great! The location was right next to Shin-Kobe so even if you have a lot of luggage, getting to the hotel was super fast and easy. It also not too far from the harbor if you wanted to do some shopping and walkable distance to the historical neighborhood Kitano Ijinkan. For the price, I feel that it was a great value and felt more luxurious than I expected even though I was staying in the more basic rooms.

Excellent staff, all very attentive. Could not to better in that respect. Excellent facilities - gym, restaurants, lifts. Room was excellent, outstanding views. Bed and pillows at times were uncomfortable. Breakfast outstanding in quality and value for money. Next to Bullet train station, right next to Shin-Kobe station

We arrived by shinkansen to the Shin Kobe station which is adjacent to the Crown Plaza. The twin room was a good size and the bathroom was roomy and clean though a little dated. The pillows were the softest we had on this trip where most of the pillows are rock hard. We were mostly satisfied with our short one night stay.

This is a wonderful property, immediately adjoining Kobe's Shinkansen train station. The large expanse of windows in our room offered wonderful views of the city and the Inland Sea beyond. Everything about our experience was top-notch, and the price was amazingly low. We also appreciated the excellent access to the ropeway and herb garden, one of the best in Japan.

Located right next to JR Shinkansen Shin-Kobe station which was very convenient. The staff are very polite and professional. Two rental car office within the building. Spacious rooms with sink located outside of the bathroom which can help when multiple people are in the room. Had a great view. We even could see the port.

Very convenient location adjacent to the train station, cable car, and mountains. Between the hotel and the immediate building, restaurants, shops, and other services are available within a few minutes of walking. The staff were welcoming and friendly with a variety of languages spoken.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurants options were great, the top level restaurant was amazing and the perfect for the special occasion. So close to the trains and shinkansen! Made check in and check out very easy and stress free :)
